Beat 2/3 cup butter till creamy
Add 3/4 cup of caster/non-granulated sugar and beat well.
Add 1 Tablespoon water,
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups of uncooked quick oats
Blend Well
Shape into small balls (Walnut size) and sprinkle with flaked coconut or chopped nutmeats
Store in refrigerator
