12 bright (Red) corncobs
3 pints of water
1 package of pectin powder
3 cups of sugar
Boil corncobs in the water for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and strain off liquid.
If there's not 3 cups of liquid, add enough water to make it 3 cups.
Add pectin powder and bring to a roaring boil.
Then add sugar and boil 2 to 3 minutes, or until it jells. Tastes like apple jelly.
