Now this is a Recipe that is very old, but; the ingredients are very "Modern-Day"..
2- Boxes of "Uncle Ben's" Wild-Rice (Fast-Cook) Prepare as directed on the box.
(Add 3-fingers measured across) a block of Velveeta cheese. Any Block Cheese will do, but Velveeta is the best.
Melt the cheese in the rice while it is still very hot.
Add 1/2 can of Evaporated milk
2 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can or jar of Mushroom stems and pieces
1 Large Bell Pepper chopped fine
1 Large onion finely chopped
Mix all of this together well, then pour into a 2 quart casserole dish
Bake at 350 (American Tempt) 180 (Overseas Tempt) For Approximately 1 hour
