The Drums of Mother Earth

The drums of Mother Earth are constant.
If you listen, the drums have a message.
They are a warning to us.
The message is simple.
Give back to our people.
Give back to Mother Earth.
Give back to the animals.
Respect this land and its surroundings.
My people know what I expect.
My people respect and give back what they do not need.
The white man throws it away.
He does not give anything back.
His greed has made me and the Spirits of this land angry.
The rocks cry out, the trees, the animals, mountains, and the creatures of the sea all cry out.
But the white man does not listen.
Soon my people and all creatures will disappear.
Nothing will be left.
The white man's ways have brought destruction to my people and his.
