In this day and time, when it seems a world has gone completely mad and out of control...
We often feel there is no solving our problems of day-to-day living. We feel there is no one to talk to or turn to that no one could possibly help or have an answer to our multi-situations and we feel we will explode from the inside out!
Well, folks all is not lost and we can deal. Granted things around us still may be chaos and confusion, and our finances will never see a joining in the middle...We still have a hope beyond hope.
We actually know what the outcome will be, and it is a definite positive!
No matter what is thrown at us we can depend on these facts:
1) There are and always will be others in this world who suffer as we do, or even worse.
2) As long as there is a roof over our heads, food in our bellies, clothes on our backs, we are doing quite well indeed.
3) Bill collectors will always be around with their hands out for money.. But there is an old expression that says it all.."You cannot squeeze blood out of a turnip!" If you do not have it, you do not have it.
4) As long as you wake up to another day, it is a new day!
5) And however you may believe in this world and universe, there is a greater being whom created it all and you can talk to Him and lay everything at His feet instead of your own. He does listen and He does help. You may get an answer you are not wanting or expecting and it would be for your best no matter what. But one is NEVER alone and He loves you no matter what you do in this life.
He gave you life, and it is up to you what you do with it..
6) Most religions and places of worship tell you to PRAY about things to the Creator, Great Mystery, Great Spirit, God the Father of All...what ever name you call Him...
It is so simple.. Instead of making things so formal and stiff, just talk like you do to another human being, He is not so omnipresent or so far out there in the universe He does not hear you.
He is everywhere, and He does not care if you yell or scream out your frustrations and disappointments and all your worries.
He does care what you are thinking, what you are feeling. All He wants is for you to TALK to him and share your life with Him so He can do the same.
Then because you willed and allow Him to be part of your life, He will do wonderful things for you and help you where no other can, Miracles STILL DO HAPPEN everyday!
7) Yes, there is trails and tribulations and much evil in this old world, but there is good too!
As the saying in a movie said "Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are gonna get"
But boy is that experience of searching and finding the best one, worth it all in the end...
